Trots generella förbättringar i folkhälsan kvarstår ojämlikheter, där lägre social status är kopplad till sämre hälsa på grund av ojämlika livsvillkor, de så kallade sociala bestämningsfaktorerna för hälsa.
Hälso- och sjukvårdsrapporten 2025
Rapporten ger en aktuell beskrivning av läget och utvecklingen inom den offentligt finansierade hälso- och sjukvård. Den riktar sig till en bred målgrupp av beslutsfattare och verksamhetsutvecklare i kommuner, regioner och statliga myndigheter.
Insatser för att främja hälsolitteracitet
SBU har kartlagt forskningssammanställningar om insatser som syftar till att stärka hälsolitteraciteten hos barn, unga och stödjande vuxna. Hälsolitteracitet innebär förmågan att kunna hitta, förstå, bedöma och använda information för att bevara och stärka hälsa. Kartläggningen visar att flera systematiska översikter har utvärderat sådana insatser under de senaste åren, främst inom områdena psykisk hälsa, munhälsa och levnadsvanor.
På stabil grund
Myndigheten för vård- och omsorgsanalys har på uppdrag av regeringen utvärderat lagstiftningen om primärvårdens grunduppdrag.
Sammantaget syns få tecken på en mer enhetlig styrning och organisering av primärvården. I vissa regioner har styrningen förändrats till följd av omställningen till god och nära vård. Men implementeringen av grunduppdraget i regionerna verkar inte ha bidragit till en ökad enhetlighet i regionernas organisering av primärvården, som ju var regeringens ambition.
Kvalitet och kostnader i vården 2025
SKR har publicerat en rapport med underlag för jämförelser, inspiration till vidare analyser och lärande på såväl nationell som lokal nivå. Genom att belysa nuläge och utveckling för ett tjugotal områden är rapporten tänkt att skapa inblick i och nyfikenhet på hälso- och sjukvården. Mer och fördjupad data finns även på Vården i siffror.
Produktivitetskommissionen
Produktivitetskommissionen bedömer att flera delar det svenska hälso- och sjukvårds-systemet är välfungerande och kännetecknas av en hög medicinsk kvalitet.
